Challenge 1: Initial Concept

During our discussions with the client, we discovered that he wanted to create a diamond-studded pendant. However, there was no specific design, only some rough sketches he had provided. These sketches were still far from a finalized jewelry design.

Solution: Providing a Flat Design

We worked closely with the client to gather more details and presented several design options. Ultimately, the client selected the design he preferred.

Challenge 2: Uncertain Core Material

Initially, the client was unfamiliar with the characteristics of various gemstones and was inclined to use more affordable materials. Upon reviewing the reference images provided by the client, we noticed that the stones in the pictures were very shiny. However, when we inquired about the specific stones he wanted to use, the client was uncertain about which gemstone would be the best choice.

Solution: Recommending Sparkling Moissanite Based on Client Needs

It is common for customers to lack understanding of the materials and the differences between them. We recommended moissanite, which is more sparkly, durable, and harder than zircon.

Result: Client's Feedback Accepted, Proceeding to Sample Production

The client was satisfied with the samples, leading to additional orders.
