Crafting rubber molds is a delicate task that demands high precision and skill from our workers. This process is crucial for cost-effective mass production.
Each wax ring is carefully welded onto a wax stick, creating a structure resembling a tree. This wax tree is essential for the casting process.
The wax tree is placed in a cylinder and covered with plaster slurry, which hardens over 6-12 hours. After the plaster mold is fired, the molten metal is poured into the mold through a designated nozzle.
Post-casting, the jewelry undergoes rough polishing to eliminate surface imperfections, preparing it for further refinement.
